December 30, 2020 -- Nancy Rogers has been named the 2020 Employee of the Year for Tzedakah House, LLC. Below were the remarks from Benjamin Klein during the Tzedakah House year-end staff meeting:
"The recognition goes to the person who best exemplifies a sense of empathy, puts a substantial amount of effort, and performs at a high level. There's no question that this year's recipient checked off all three of those boxes, and set an example of what it means to be a great employee.
"Throughout 2020, Nancy Rogers remained one of our strongest Account Managers, adjusted to a more tech-driven world the best she could, played a vital role in Tzedakah House dealing with and fighting the pandemic, single-handedly trained her eventual successor, and continued to do her essential job as Mother Nancy. There is no question that we would not have made it through this year without her. It's my honor to name Nancy Rogers as the 2020 Tzedakah House Employee of the year."
Past Employees of the Year include Benjamin Klein, Christine Briel, and Lindsay Tiroletto.
