John Letizia and Phyllis Pari of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls (LAF) will address the basic obligations of Connecticut Paid Family Leave, unique situations where an employee is collecting workers’ compensation or disability benefits, the policies or rules you should have in place to minimize abuse of this leave, as well as the rights you have to ensure the employee properly qualifies for the leave as well as the continuation of the leave.
